We are Neon Crow and we do motion graphics!

Crows are generally known for their intelligence, adaptability, and attraction to objects that they perceive to be valuable – which usually means they’re shiny! We like and want to covey all those traits, and we also appreciate shiny things!

Neon Crow Media is a small, woman-led business founded in 2020. Our studio is centrally located in Port Moody, BC.

What is Motion Graphics??

Essentially, motion graphics is a catch-all term used in the industry for any kind of animated video. It can contain any manner of disciplines or any sort of style—and any mix therein!

The disciplines break down into 2D and 3D elements and can be used in combination with filmed video elements. 2D can include character animation, 2D FX elements, title FX, anything that can be created in a 2D space. 3D elements include 3D animated elements, simulation FX, rendered 3D elements (from type to objects) and entire 3D scenes. Any of these can be combined with video elements to create a cohesive whole.

Foundationally, the style element can be any aesthetic, but some common styles include: whiteboard, kinetic type, walkthroughs, explainer videos, moving infographics, loading screen, logo animation, liquid motion.

Because we can make things move, we are also able to make things posed, or still. Subsequently this includes illustrations, infographic posters, high resolution renders, and more.

Our capabilities currently allow us to customize our product to the needs of our clients, meaning no two animated videos are alike, even within the same style! Likewise, some client needs might include: title animations, explainer videos, whiteboard videos, corporate videos, marketing videos, demonstrations, presentations, healthcare videos, branded videos, startup videos, real estate videos, architectural walk throughs, product renders, training videos, onboarding, educational, video ads, visualization, post FX, screen animations, speaker titles, intro videos, and beyond!
