We are Neon Crow and we create motion graphics! We’ve opened our doors and are excited to provide our services to the community.
Traditionally, neon is perfect for advertising with its vibrant light. The most iconic and well known example is in Las Vegas. However, neon lights began with engineer Georges Claude. He brought neon to the Paris Motor show in 1910. Eventually, he created a studio to sell signage for companies.
Additionally, crows are known for their intelligence, adaptability, and attraction to seemingly valuable objects – which usually means they’re shiny! However, much of this is anecdotal evidence rather than the result of scientific study. Nevertheless, crows are iconic symbols of those attributes. In Vancouver, Canuck the crow is well known to residents. His antics have only perpetuated the mythos surrounding crows. Once, he even stole a knife from a crime scene!
The combination of the two may seem odd, but considering the hometowns of both our founders it is perfect synergy. Similarly, unique nature fosters the same creative thinking that enables our best work. Ideas come from many places and making connections is the root of creativity.
Our business is in creativity
We’re a woman-led business with over 13 years of experience in our field. We’re excited about creating imagery. We love making new things! From a young age, everyone at Neon Crow found themselves trying to create as much as they could. We noticed not everyone felt the same pull to design and instead other vocations called to them. Because those vocations need time and energy (and creativity), creative messaging falls by the wayside. No one can do everything! Therefore, we created Neon Crow. Our goal is to help others have beautiful imagery that shines their unique message out loudly and clearly.
We want clients to be able to confidently share their message to their own clients. Do you have a message you’d like to say? We can help!
